President and Senior Consultant

Our staff is here to offer solutions to your tax problems. Our lead specialist has been in the tax trenches since the late 70’s. We have a former IRS rep on staff as well as an attorney to make sure you are covered.

Since going into private practice in 1988, John Falto quickly became one of the leading financial consultants in New York City. His workshops on “Sending your kids to College without going bankrupt or crazy” and “Make more, keep more” have been widely attended by families and business owners alike in New York City. John’s column “Money Matters” has appeared in local (Brooklyn, New York) papers such as the GREENLINE, THE GREENPOINT GAZETTE, THE SOUTH SHORE STAR as well as the national magazine, HOME OFFICE COMPUTING. John received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic and also a degree in business from the New York City Technical College with a specialty in accounting and marketing in 1981. Since then, he has added certificates and licenses in real estate, individual and corporate taxation, consumer credit consulting, finance & mortgage brokerage, insurance such as life, accident, health and property & casualty, as well as variable investments. This has allowed John to be a fountain of information and help to thousands of people, in and around 8 states, including the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. John has described himself as a “financial engineer that creates solutions for people to help them create and protect income”.

In 2003 John made Orlando, Florida his new hometown, where he lives with his wife, and his two daughters that live nearby. In 2005 John started teaching with the Florida Mortgage Academy teaching students how to pass the state licensing test, and how to become successful in business. In 2007 John created a new business venture, Cash Solutions, Inc. where he helps individuals and small businesses plan for, prepare and then protect their income taxes by defending and resolving tax issues when they arise. Since then, he became aware that many self-employed individuals and small businesspeople, were paying more in taxes than they needed to because they were not taking full advantage of available tax deductions, setting up accounting systems to judge their success or weaknesses and putting their businesses on track with proper tax planning.
